Performance indicators and the balanced scorecard are two
basic concepts in business administration to measure and improve the
performance of organizations. In this program, trainees will learn everything
that enables them to use these tools to work on improving performance levels
and how to ensure that they are achieved in the best ways to provide a
comprehensive view of performance instead of relying only on financial
indicators. Organizations can use the Balanced Scorecard to clarify their
vision and strategy and turn them into action, focusing on these indicators and
systems that help organizations estimate their progress towards achieving their
strategic goals and identify areas that may need improvement or additional
attention.
In this course, trainers are prepared and qualified to
become professional in training, both scientific and practical, and to be able
to plan, implement and evaluate the training process so that their outputs are
more effective to qualify other future generations to lead the development
process in our countries.
